Logging-in Help

This site uses cookies to remember who you are. The site saves 2 pieces of information on your computer, so your computer can tell us who you are.

The two pieces of information saved are your unique ID number and your encrypted password. This way we can check your password against your user id to make sure you logged in with the right password.

For this to work you need to have cookies enabled in your browser. Here's how to enable them..

Firefox
  1. Select the TOOLS menu and then click OPTIONS
  2. Select the PRIVACY Tab.
  3. Check the 'Accept cookies from sites'
  4. Log in!
Internet Explorer 8
  1. Select the TOOLS menu and then click INTERNET OPTIONS
  2. Select the PRIVACY Tab.
  3. Move the slider on the left to MEDIUM
  4. Check your 'temporary internet files' settings
  5. Log in!
Internet Explorer 7
  1. Select the TOOLS menu and then click INTERNET OPTIONS
  2. Select the PRIVACY Tab.
  3. Move the slider on the left to LOW
  4. Check your 'temporary internet files' settings
  5. Log in!
Internet Explorer 6
  1. Select the TOOLS menu and then click INTERNET OPTIONS
  2. Select the PRIVACY Tab.
  3. Move the slider on the left to LOW
  4. Check your 'temporary internet files' settings
  5. Log in!
Chrome
  1. Select the TOOLS menu and then click OPTIONS
  2. Select the Under the bonnet Tab.
  3. Select Content settings.
  4. Select Allow local data to be set.
  5. Check your 'temporary internet files' settings
  6. Log in!
Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 7 & 8
  1. Click on 'tools'
  2. then click on 'Internet options'
  3. In the section marked 'Browsing history', click on 'settings'
  4. Make sure that 'check for newer versions of stored pages' is set to 'Automatically' or 'Every visit to the page'
  5. You could also try 'Deleting Cookies'. You can do this by selecting 'Delete' under 'Browsing history' section and then select delete 'Temporary internet files' OR 'Delete all' - These are used to store temporary files on your computer, ie passwords to other websites and can safely be deleted if you know your passwords or have them stored elsewhere (ie, within emails etc)
Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 6.x
  1. Click on 'tools'
  2. then click on 'Internet options'
  3. In the section marked 'temporary Internet files', click on 'settings'
